The Hydraulic Driving System Design of Multi-direction Side-loading Ezplosion-proof Forklift Truck

The multi-direction side-loading explosion-proof forklift is a new type handling equipment integrated with fork, hoisting and short-distance conveying function, mainly solve the conveying and stack problems of some ultra long, overweight and explosion-proof requested material under the confined space. The special handling environment requests this forklift truck often startup with load, posture adjustment, multi-direction driving, precision location and continually variable transmission. So in order to achieve lateral driving, longitude differential driving, to acquire good micro-move and micro-adjustment performance and to solve the contradiction between the transmission efficiency and all load pressure condition, after fully considered the driving performance, handling characteristics, transmission efficiency, explosion-proof request, safe and cost factor, a driving system design project is put forward to.
