A Novel Heart Disease Diagnostic Instrument─The Detecting Instrument of Body Surface Sinus Node Electrogram
An eliminating false wave technique and identifying pre-P-wave technique based on wavelet have been developed for recording sinus node electrogram (SNE) from body surface and identifying automatically the pre-P-wave. By means of these techniques, body surface SNE (SNEb) was recorded successfully and pre-P-wave was identified automatically. According to the SNEb, the sinoatrial conduction time (SACT) can be measured directly. The normal SACT ranged from 30 ~60ms. It modified the SACT measured by cavity SNE (SNEc). The detection rate of pre-P-wave is about 88%. Noninvasive and accurate detection of SNE was realized.
