ECG Signal Denoising Based on Empirical Mode Decomposition
ECG signal processing has been used extensively in the detection of heart disease. However, ECG signal is often corrupted by other noise, which degrades the accuracy and precision of analysis. In this paper, We propose a novel method to remove the noise in Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal based on Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD). The results indicate that the method we have proposed significantly reduces noise and well preserves the characteristics of ECG signal.
