Research on the Self-repairing of Electronic Equipments Based on EHW

摘要：

Nowadays, the cores of most of the electronic equipments are fragile ICs. The conventional method to replace the broken units cannot work when confronted with repeated strong electromagnetic interference or the environment where the s work has changed. Based on the principles and realization methods of evolvable hardware(EHW), a method of self-repairing implemented with EHW, Automatic Test System (ATS) was proposed, an environment model was formed too, which provide a possibility to put the EHW into practice.
