The Research on Refitment of a High Mobility Tracked Vehicle Based on Virtual Prototype Technology

The tracked vehicle was refitted according to requirement. The multi-body dynamic model is established by the simulation software. Furthermore the integrity of torsion bars spring of suspension system is optimized by the optimization design tools of RecurDyn. To verify the feasibility of the optimization results, rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic model of the vehicle is built according to the optimization results. Through analysis of ground pressure distribution, dynamic stress and ride comfort curve and by comparison of before and after the refitment, the optimization scheme is feasible.
