Method of Weakness Establishment of Recoil System Based on Virtual Prototyping Technology
Recoil system is a core part of guns system, and three indexes that denote performance are brought forward. Virtual prototyping model is established according to working characteristics, and the effects of design parameters on performance indexes are studied by introducing relative sensitivity method. Thus contrast problem of design parameters with different dimension is overcome. Quantitative design evaluation of recoil system is realized based on AHP, and the method of weakness establishment of recoil system is provided. The simulation case suggests the validity and superiority of virtual prototyping. Finally, the perspective of virtual prototyping technology applied in armament and key emphases of future work are presented.
