Object Oriented Analysis of IEEE 1641
The standard IEEE 1641 (Signal & Test Definition), STD is the best development of ATLAS (Abbreviated Test Language for All Systems), and it can satisfy the need of test procedures transplantation. In STD, software platform of ATS (Automatic Test System) is divided into four layers: test process language, test signal frame, basic signal component and signal model language. Basic signal component layer offers basic signal class which is reusable and formally defined. This paper completes object oriented analysis of the basic signal component layer, and completes static and dynamic modeling of ATS software platform. In the object oriented analysis, relations between interfaces are demonstrated by drawing class figure, the signal states conversion figure is also modified, and the time sequence relations are determined.
