Path Research on the Influence of Structure Contezt on Strategy Making Process

摘要：

The scholars always take the relationship between structure context and strategy as an important research issue in strategy making process. Through the analysis of mediator effect of resource allocation on structure context and realized strategy, we find realized strategy follows the changes in organization context, and resource allocation in diversification corporations has partial mediating effect on structure context and realized strategy; that is, organization structure, assessment and motivation mechanisms, information system and procedure in structure context can affect realized strategy by the influence on junior strategy innovation, which brings corporate-layer managers new idea about the resource allocation between spontaneous strategy activities and planned strategy activities.
