The Analysis of the Options on the Financing Channel on the Urban Sewerage Father Item

摘要：

The urban sewerage project is a public infrastructural project, which is a typical capital-intensive project. An analysis of the financing the urban sewerage project facilitates the provision for this type of project effectively. In this essay, the term relation capital is introduced .On the basis of the impact of the relation capital on the project owner’s financing option, an equilibrium analysis is made of the commercial bank financing and the equity financing. In the Essay, the conditions are given on the project owner’s financing options, which shows the dual aspects of the relation cost in the process of financing. The study reveals that the relation cost has become one of the major factors in the financing of the urban sewerage project.
