Analysis of Management Model of Solar Power Generating Equipment’s Operation and Maintenance in Aba Prefecture: the Perspective of Quasi-public Goods
Nowadays there are various studies on the supply of quasi-public goods, but the post-operational maintenance of quasi-public goods has rarely been touched. Thus taking the solar power generating equipment as an example, this thesis analyzes the game behavior between the consumers and the government by modeling. It turns out that when the equipment is in the best or the worst condition, it is not necessary for the government to take consumers’ efforts into consideration; however, under normal circumstances, the government should formulate incentive contract to encourage consumers to effectively maintain the equipment in order to achieve a win-win situation of the social and economic benefits.
