Public Bus Dispatching Optimization Based on Bi-level Programming and Genetic Algorithm

摘要：

Intelligent scheduling for bus operation is the key issue for bus companies, which is the same typical as how to find an optimal or nearly optimal solution , from all those options that have met constraint conditions in the way of some intelligent algorithms in limited steps, in order to optimize dispatching system. Results show it’s an effective way to solve the related questions, the paper will establish a bi-level programming and work out its result by genetic algorithm.
