The Latest Forecasting Method based on CPFR--Quantile Regression

摘要：

Considering the real demand modes which are charactered by high volatility and skewness, exponential weighted quantile regression, the latest forecasting method, is brought into this paper. Based on this method, cost model on collaborative planning forecasting and replenishing supply system is contributed. Empirical results are encouraging with improvements over traditional methods being particularly apparent when the approach is used as the basis for robust demand forecasting.
