A Study on Supply Chain Coordination Through Cash Flow Controlling by Cash Flow Service Provider

摘要：

Taking financial considerations in supply chain has a highly practical significance but it still did not arouse enough attention. In this paper, we discussed the importance and three major features of cash flow and proposed a new concept of supply chain cash flow service provider. By comparing with banks and illustrating two business operation models, we found that cash flow service provider can remarkably improve the overall performance of supply chain by effective cash flow controlling. Therefore, it is necessary to make an in-depth study on supply chain coordination through cash flow controlling which is based on cash flow service provider.
