Design the Model of Cooperation Profit Allocation Mechanism of One Kind of Supply Chain
This paper designs a cooperation profit allocation mechanism model of one kind of two-stage supply chain. The model consists of two main parts: the first is the structural cooperation profit allocation, which the main allocation is playing a role of “quality change, belonged to the “hardware of allocation. Structural cooperation profit allocation can be analyzed by the double-directional and principal-subordinate cooperative profit allocation game model with one manufacturer and one distributor; the second is the operational cooperation profit allocation, which is designed by the three basic requirements of profit allocation mechanism (reason, utility transfer and negotiation). In detail, every partner’s profit transfer model is built according to the additional profits after cooperation. Operational allocation is developed based on structural allocation, which is playing a role of “quantity change, belonged to the “software of allocation. Then one kind of profit allocation mechanism model with system nature is designed. Finally, we illustrate the model through an example to testify its science and validity.
