Disorder is Order, Guanzi Effect in Supply Chain

摘要：

While facing global markets, firms sell global products are facing similar factors such as financial, technological, and market conditions, etc. Thus quick response and lower inventory have become one of the most competitive advantages for supply chain. In this study, we reveal ‘guanxi’ and its network with respect to “Chaxugeju , the particular Chinese cultural characteristic that projects a preference for cooperation, group decision-making, and relationships, has great impact on the market reaction and transfer smoothness, in turn affect the business operational flexibility and its success.
