Partner Selection in Agile Supply Chains: A Multi-phase Conceptual Model

摘要：

We present a multi-phase conceptual model for supply partner selection in agile supply chains (ASCs). ASCs are more common as markets become increasingly dynamic. However, supplier selection is inherently more complex and difficult under conditions of uncertainty and ambiguity as supply chains form and re-form. Building on existing literature, the model draws on quantitative and qualitative techniques to present a comprehensive and systematic approach to this important task.
