Path Analysis on Influence of Supply Chain Trust on its Performance1
In order to study the path on influence of supply chain trust to its performance and to promote the level of cooperation between the supply chain partners, this paper made a supply chain trust---cooperation--- performance model and two dimensions of trust: reliable trust dimension and friendly trust dimension. By empirical study of 260 manufacturing enterprises in Pearl River Delta and using the SPSS13.0 software to analyze the path of related variables，the results show that supply chain trust is an important impact to its performance, and it also show that there are four paths influence the supply chain performance. Both the reliable trust dimension and friendly trust dimension can influence the performance by cooperation. The reliable trust which is a useful way influences its performance directly. While, the friendly trust dimension is the indirect way. It will be better for the supply chain cooperation effect if the two dimensions can combine and it will get a better performance. Besides, the nature of a manufacture enterprise will influence the performance directly.
