The Innovation of Supply Network Based on Industrial Clusters

摘要：

The disruption of supply chain can cause serious result for firms, which has been studied over the years. A sound supply network is essential for a company to avoid the tragedy. Industrial clusters provide a business ecosystem for firms, where there are relatively rich resources of the supply chains, innovation companies, and skill pools, and firms can take the advantages of the clusters’ resource to build his own supply networks. Applying supply networks to business practice based on the industrial clusters is an innovative solution in the supply chain management practice.
