Study on the 3PL Development Approach of the Yangtze River Delta Based on the Azis-spoke Type and Multi-polar Circle Level
This paper constructed a basic development model suitable for the development of the third-party logistics of the Yangtze River Delta economic zone with the “axis-spoke type and multi-polar circle development approach of 3PL, based on the analysis of the status of the logistics development, by connecting with the axis-spoke network model, “City circle territory economic theory and the thought of development polar. It also presented the evaluation index system of the comprehensive strength of logistics centers, according to which, 16 cities of Yangtze River Delta is classified into three different levels of development polar and four development circle territories. Finally, the development idea of 3PL based on classification by level and region is proposed.
