Cost Estimation of Project Based on Principal Component Analysis

摘要：

Cost estimation of project is one of the important tasks during the phase of feasibility study. Based on the theories and methods of principal component, this article uses SPSS statistic analysis software to have a principal component analysis on relevant variables influencing cost of a project in order to set up a multi-regression estimating model. With a good effect in test, regression analysis model of principal component also can avoid the poor stability of regression model caused by high relevance between or among different independent variables, so it is a cost estimation model with high value of practical utility and flexibility.
