Study of the Professional Managers Moral on Their Behavior

摘要：

Professional managers moral is the endogenous mechanism of professional managers growth. Whether Professional managers can undertake the responsibility of corporate management, moral level is the most important factor. Moral affects professional manager’ behavior, and affects the firm’s performance. This article discusses the cause and affecting mechanism of professional managers’ moral on behavior, and then put on the professional managers’ behavior standards from the three roles acted by professional managers.
