A Study on Effect of Talent Cultivation in Innovation Network of Multinational Corporations

摘要：

With the R&D globalization and changes in the situation of innovation of multinational corporations, innovation network is becoming an important form in achieving innovation step by step in multinationals. Research shows that innovation network of multinational corporations not only contributes to achieve innovation goals, but also conducive to the cultivation of local talents; and based on the strength of association and the location of talents, this effect of talent cultivation can be divided into four models: talent flow, talent development, talent cooperation and talent intercommunion. Based on research findings in this paper, innovation network of multinational corporations should be made full use of in cultivating a large number of high-quality innovative talents.
