Analysis on Job Burnout Research Status in China

摘要：

This article first reviewed the job burnout research background, and summarized the research stage and research areas of job burnout in China; Job burnout research structure and its measurement and treatment are also discussed; then the main antecedent variables and outcome variables of job burnout were analyzed; Finally, we elaborated the job burnout future research direction and difficulties.
