Financial Crisis: Employees Need to Ezplore Positive Psychological Capital
On the influence of Subprime Crisis, the Financial Crisis pervades the whole world. Even China cannot immune from it. To reduce the staff has become the helpless choice of the HR department of the whole world’s enterprises. However, the positive psychological capital is still neglect by part of practitioner and theorist at present. In fact, “Who I am is as important as “What I know. Only through paying attention to the virtue and strongpoint of employees can the leaders today and their assistance help the employee to develop their confidence, hope, resilience and optimism in the pullback, so as to improve the efficiency of personal and organization, and reduce the anxiety caused by staff cutting and the dimission cost to face the influence of financial crisis, while not focusing on the fault and shortcomings of the employees. Proceeding from China’s actual conditions and combine positive psychological capital, I plan to present several propositions that can be researched in the future in this essay.
