Relationship of Human Capital Accumulation Modes, Human Capital and Hi-tech Firm’s Performance

摘要：

This research tested the Relationship of Human Capital Accumulation Modes, Human Capital (HC) and Hitech Firm’s Performance. Eleven hypotheses of relations among Human Capital Accumulation Modes, HC and hitech firm’s performance are proposed in the article. The research used a sample of Chinese hi-tech firms. A variance analysis indicated that Human Capital Accumulation Modes is significantly related to higher level of HC in a hi-tech firm, and Human Capital Accumulation Modes is indirectly related to overall hi-tech firm performance through HC.
