Regional Innovation Capability Evaluation of Hebei Province

摘要：

Regional innovation system has great effect on the development of regional economy. As an important part of the economic zone of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Hebei Province will be evaluated its regional innovation capability through the evaluation indicators system that is set up in this thesis. Moreover, these evaluation indicators are disposed by the non-dimensional method and determined the weight by the experts’ appraisement. The thesis chooses synthesis evaluation method to evaluate the current environment of Hebei’s regional innovation capability and makes appropriate recommendations with a view of enhancing Hebei’s regional innovation ability to provide reference.
