Research on the Technological Innovation Motive Mechanism of China’s High-tech Enterprises：The Case of Han’s Laser
China’s High-tech Enterprises in developing process pay great attention to advanced technology, which technological innovation was derived by the technology. But in our country there are a lot of failure enterprise cases. In this paper, the author discovers by researching on the case of Han’s Laser that the technological innovation motive mechanism of China’s High-tech Enterprises is composed of three aspects: First, Organic combination of market demands and technological development; Secondly, Focusing on continuous technological innovation in one field; Thirdly, sufficient finance resource is used to support technological innovation.
