摘要：

China is called the “world factory because of its low manufacturing cost and labor-intensive industry. The prosperity of enterprises of China affects the international market a lot which never happened before. In front of anti-dumping measures taken by foreign countries, China also take some anti-dumping measures. This article takes the anti-dumping case on imported newsprint for example to analyse the economic effect of anti-dumping held by China.
