Capital Structure and Corporate Performance：An Empirical Analysis Based on Hebei Township Collective Enterprises

摘要：

This paper studied the relationship between capital structure and corporate performance of private enterprises. The results reveal that liability and corporate performance of private enterprises is positive correlative, there is a reasonable liability area to make corporate performance maximum. But the liability level of private enterprises is low nowadays, so we should innovate and develop more exterior financing methods to improve corporate performance.
