Earnings Information and Fluctuation of Stock Price: A Study of Five Factors

Chinese A share stock market has been developing for more than ten years, and the investment theory now concentrates more on value investment than speculation. But it is a new problem to value tock with mathematical method. We analyze the IRR of stock value investment and find that investment yield is determined by growth rate of P/E ratio, growth rate of ROE, current ROE and P/E ratio before. The standard of stock value investment must be the growth rate of listing corporations.
