Research on Paradigm Reform of the Process of Knowledge Creation and Conversion

摘要：

The main research in the knowledge management field is following Polanyi-Nonaka Paradigm, which has problems such as unclear notions，the cognition of the process of knowledge creation and conversion is vague and so on. We firstly discriminate some basic concepts, and then do some research on the transformation path of the process of knowledge creation and conversion, finally propose a new knowledge management.
