Multidimensional Dynamic Game Analysis of Overall Performance Improving in Enterprises’ Benchmarking System

From the external environment, there exists optimal selection problem of effective strategy which is between benchmarking enterprises and improving enterprises during the process of benchmarking. And, from the viewpoint of game theory in information economics, the paper studied the process of dynamic game between benchmarking enterprises and improving enterprises with incomplete information, and analyzed the refine Bayes Nash equilibrium solution. Three conclusions were obtained through game analysis. First, there exists inverse proportion relation between the level of performance and improving cost. Second, in the process of benchmarking, improving enterprise was more rely on internal cost and improving profit coefficient than benchmarking enterprise. Third, there exists higher dependence on the benchmarking enterprises for improving enterprises.
