Farmers’ per Capita Net Income Differences Analysis of Shandong Province under Moran’s I and LISA

This paper through the spatial autocorrelation analysis to the changes of 2005-2006 farmers’ per capita net income of 139 counties in Shandong Province, come to global spatial statistical indexes Moran’s I and local statistical indicator LISA. These two indexes work significantly in describing the change of farmers’ per capita net income of counties in Shandong Province, and clearly demonstrate the incoordination and difference among regions, especially the obvious gap between East and West. To resolve the problem of the enormous gap between East and West, we need focus on accelerating the development of the western region. The central and western regions need to further update the developmental ideas; rely on, serve and dock core cities; speed up the transfer of surplus labors; increase the input in agricultural basic infrastructure; vigorously develop rural cooperative economic organizations and agricultural leading enterprises and actively push forward the industrialization of agriculture.
