Research on Rural Landless Farmers’ Willingness to Participate in the Re-employment Training

摘要：

According to the sample data of farmer investigation, taking use of Logit model, it analyses the major factors that influence the willingness of landless farmer in the suburb to participate in the quality of re-employment training. The statistic shows that the family labor number, the experience of professional skill training and the expected income of the future have a positive correlation with the willingness of the quality training. In addition, it has a negative correlation with the willingness of farmers whose land has been taken.
