Estimating the parameters of one class of Nonhomogeneous Poisson Process Models

NHPP models are wide used to discuss the software reliability. We suggest an extension of the G-O original model, present necessary & sufficient conditions for the likelihood estimates to be finite, positive, and unique. Results are given for either grouped failure data or ungrouped failure data. We easily apply these results to original G-O model and its generalization.
