The Statistical Analysis of Parallel System for Type-I Censored Test Using Masked Data

摘要：

The likelihood function is derived in detail for the parallel system under type-I censored test using the masked data. Considering the parallel system with two units of the constant failure rates, the maximum likelihood estimate of the parameter is given and the approximate interval estimate is obtained by using likelihood ratio to construct the interval estimate under the type-I censored test using the masked data.
