Client Satisfaction Measurement from Power Supply System – Statistic Analysis on Sample Data

摘要：

Depending on basic statistical analysis, correlated analysis and classified analysis, we studied the sample data of client satisfaction from a power supply system of Xuzhou. The results showed that high-quality supply of electricity is in close relationship with service satisfaction, and the improvement of electricity quality is important to the enhancement of the level of style building of the power supply system.
