Research in Vaccination Model and Treatment Model for Fighting against AIDS Pandemic Calamity

With the aim to predict the expected rate of change in the number of HIV/AIDS infections and provide strategies for effectively allocating available resources, this paper begin with formulating and analyzing Epidemic Model which incorporates a delay due to the long incubation period of the disease. This paper presents Vaccination Model and Treatment Model to focus on a preventative HIV/AIDS vaccine and ARV provision. Our models forecast the trends in the susceptibility and the infection without any additional interventions from 2006 to 2050 and make a comparison between two scenarios: A preventative vaccine and absence of vaccine. Projections are shown as the following figures.
