The Study of Micro Motivation for Rural Population Migration in Jiangsu Province

摘要：

The paper firstly analyzes the theory of micro motivation for rural population migration, and then extracts four factors from 14 variables by using principal component analysis based on the actual survey data, with Varimax variance, named respectively, economic motivation, developing motivation, educational motivation and blind motivation. Finally, the paper discusses factors that have affected micro migration motivation by using T-test and One-Way ANOVA.
