The Discussion on Improving the Operation Efficiency of Urban Environmental Infrastructure by Strengthening Project Management
Improving the investment performance of urban environmental infrastructure, it is essential to strengthen project management. First of all, the requirements of economies of scale must be considered in making decision of the urban environmental infrastructure projects. Secondly, the operator of the urban environmental infrastructure projects has to set up a scientific management system, including complete system of investors, bidding and category management. Thirdly, the management should be continuously strengthened in operating the projects of the urban environmental infrastructure, of which there are five focuses including coat management, risk management, contract management, supporting management and toll management.
