Research on an Integrated Modeling and Forecasting Method for Gyro Drift
The capability of gyro drift is an important factor which decides the inertial navigation system’s precision, so building gyro drift model and forecasting its trend have a lot of meanings for improving the navigation precision. An integrated modeling method for gyro drift based on grey theory and stationary time series analysis is proposed. Grey model is used to extract the definite trend of gyro drift, then stationary time series analysis is used to fit residual. The results of experiments show that the integrated modeling and forecasting method has a higher precision than the single method, and the gyro drift can be forecasted precisely.
