After the transition-period conclusion that China joins WTO, China express mail service development is under the quite serious impact of overseas giant express company. China postal express service company is in the long time experience of slow growth, and in the recent two years present quick growth situation, the analysis demonstrate the tendency have no intimate correlation with China economic growth, maybe because the promotion of hardware and software environment construction promotion of China Postal Express Service Company. To obtain the long-term stability development, China Post Express Service Company must aim at the question which current faces, and must to improve the software and hardware environmental condition in the dual impacts that low price strategy of private domestic express company and the giant high grade service of overseas express company.
