Seasonal Sales Forecasting Based upon EXCEL Platform

摘要：

This paper is about a seasonal sales forecasting method of a small and medium-sized restaurant, using the EXCEL data analysis tool to analyses the sales amount with seasonal changes and to predict the future market demand through multiple linear regression model. This method is simple and feasible which applies to other similar cases.
