Study on Influence of Supply Chain Trust on Its Cooperation

In order to enable the supply chain partners’ cooperation situation better, this paper presented two ways of reliable trust and friendly trust to explore their impacts on supply chain cooperative behavior. We made a survey through 260 manufacturing factories of the Pearl River Delta, and use SPSS13.00 and LISREL8.72 software for data processing and empirical analysis. The result shows that: a good reliable and friendly trust is an effective way to promote the cooperation in the supply chain. Both reliable confidence and trust-friendly have positive effects in three aspects of the supply chain cooperative behavior, joint responsibility, shared planning and flexibility in arrangement. We also found out that the level of supply chain trust and cooperation in China was low, and looked forward to be further improved.
