An Empirical Study on the Postal Savings Customer Value and Influencing Factors Based on Component Analysis
Under the global financial crisis and the objective situation of the economic depression, the financial enterprises living environment is getting more and more difficult. Based on the qualitative research and mathematical tests, this paper constructed the customer value and the loyalty interaction model, and then used the survey data of postal savings customer to carry on the factorial analysis. Based on these studies, the model has been modified and tested, and this paper presented the modified evaluation model on customer value influencing factor.
