Improved Gray Relevent Analysis of Power Consumption Structure Factors in Shandong Province
In this paper, the traditional method of gray relevant analysis is be improved and proposed the improved GRA (Gray Relevent Analyse)in electric power consumption assessment by applying AHP (Analytic Hierachy Process) in improving the method for calculating related degree．The results showed that the total electricity consumption in Shandong Province is still a significant impact on the consumption of industry and urban-rural residents, the development of tertiary industry is still insufficient.
