Spatio-temporally Statistical Modeling of Precipitation Data for Flood Forecast
Flood is one kind of unexpected and the most common natural disasters, which is affected by many factors and has complex mechanism. Although there is still no mature theory and method used for the long-term forecast of natural precipitation at present, spatio-temporally statistical models that consider the influence of both temporal and spatial variability are presented and developed by in service oriented architecture (SOA) for making prediction of Yellow River.
