Staff Acceptance on Statistic Technique Application in SMEs--Case Study among Manufacturing and Service Sectors in China

摘要：

Statistical techniques has played more and more important role in modern quality management. The paper discusses the influences of organizational industrial sector on employees’ attitudes toward statistical techniques and actual application of the statistical techniques by empirical research based on Chinese SMEs. The results show that the significant differences exist whether attitude toward statistical techniques or using basic statistic techniques and advanced statistic techniques in Chinese SMEs.
