Rural Surplus Labor Force Floating Tendency Analysis ——Yongjiu Town of Changling County, Jilin Province as an Ezample

摘要：

At present non-agriculture transfer of rural surplus labor force mainly depends on their own transferring spontaneously in our country, presenting the blind, sporadic and disorderly condition. This article applies Markov forecasting method to predict the inter-industry and inter-region transfer tendency of rural surplus labor force of Yongjiu town. And based on the present situation and analyzing the existing problems, to study and explore the realistic ways and countermeasures for expediting the reasonable, orderly and fast transfer of rural surplus labor force of Yongjiu town.
