Forecasting the Secondary Education of China by Grey Model

摘要：

Chinese secondary education has lagged behind primary education and higher education, which has become a constraining bottleneck for the development of education in our country. Firstly author summarizes the development of secondary education, secondly forecasts the newborn population by the gray model, and speculates the school-age population and students scale, lastly forecasts amount of full-time teachers. The results showed that the number of junior middle school students and teachers will gradually reduce in the future. From now on if the senior high school expands 300,000 per year, then the senior high school education will completely popularize two decades later.
